Replacement hand grips for 696?

Where can I find some decent replacement grips for the 696?
Will the grips designed for the 848 Superbike work on the 696?

To be sure, measure your current grips.  Then, go hit your local dealers (doesn't matter if it's Japanese, Euro etc) and see what they've got hanging.  I picked up a set at my local Japanese bike dealer for $12.

I'm generally looking for diameter of the handle bar and the lengths of the grips? There's nothing special that I need for the grip to fit the throttle?

Grips will come as a pair. One will have a larger inner diameter for the throttle.

If they fit the same diameter bar as you have, anything packaged for that size bar will work.  I can't remember if it's a 7/8" or 1" bar.

99% sure the 696 has 7/8" bar.
