Does anyone know where I can get a JT Sprockets model number JTR735.43T?  JT has it listed in their catalog but I cant seem to find it through any online or local suppliers.

Speak to Chris Kelley,  http://www.ca-cycleworks.com   He handles JT and can tell you if it is available.

So now you know.  Any reason you prefer JT besides price?

Yes.  This may sound petty but color and look play a part in the decision.  The Supersprox sprocket on my bike now looks terrible in gold.  It just doesnt go.  And Supersprox doesn't have one in black in a 43T.  I have an exposed front sprocket in black and the JT one I'm looking for is simple looking, steel and black in color.  Its a good match for the gold side plate chain and black front sprocket.  Its just preference.  I'm open to any other suggestions though.

Call Candice back and see if they have a Superlight in your size.  I think your only other choice would be a silver (dull, not blingy) Afam.  You could either rattle can it or never clean it.

Why not anodize the supersprox you have?  They can be taken apart right?

I considered powdercoating it if I cant get what I want, but for $35, I'd rather just get the JT if possible.  The two parts of the sprocket are permanently riveted.
