Paving on Mingus Mountain Aug 1-4

Just got this notice about road closures on the fun section of 89A into Jerome:

ADOT is paving the road from the Mingus Mountain Summit to Jerome, August 1st thru 4th from 6am to 4pm. The lanes will be shut down intermediately during this project.

And no, I don't know what "intermediately" means in this context, either.

on the way here i was coming down the 17, fun road for the car at 90 in the dark of the night.. wish it was day so i could see the montains and not worry bout hitting a moose/deer..
