I just received a mailing to opt out of a class action suit about the gas tanks expanding. I have already had a tank replaced. But it severely limits my ability to have it replaced again. Any body else worried about this?

well if i skimmed the mailer,
opt out, no extra warranty, but you keep your right to sue
comment or object, you have to stay a part of the lawsuit
do nothing, warranty gets extended, but you waive your right to sue individually

im surprised that i got a mailer, i didnt think the new monsters were affected, what makes the 2012 models any different?
