Yea, that one is a touch tricky.  The one that surrounds the Arc de Triomphe is another doozy! 

Yeah that's when I found out that the French yield to cars entering the circle as opposed to the US where the people in the circle have the right of way.  I pissed off a lot of people.

Yessir!  I'm glad that I was in a rental the first two times I drove through there.
