Need to install a banjo brake switch to work with the new Ducabike rearsets I purchased.  Never done it before, how easy is the job? Installation

EASY!

Just get a two wire AMP Superseal connector to terminate the wires and it hooks right in. Obviously you're in for a brake bleeding session as part of it, but it's no harder than that.
-Throttle's on the right, so are the brakes.  Good luck.

Stupid question, but why must i bleed the rear brake after installing rearsets?

...can't replace the banjo bolt with a pressure switch without bleeding the brakes afterwards.

^^^ That

You're removing the stock banjo and replacing it. Going to be a lot of air in the lines if you don't. So much the brake probably won't function at all, even to the point of not lighting up the brake light as you can't make sufficient pressure in the system
