Only pull the shafts out far enough to swap the o-rings, IIRC maybe 4mm or so.

DO NOT pull them out further, you'll risk dropping rockershaft shims on the inside.

Brad's gasket fix is to use the old-style paper cam cover gaskets.
Better way to go, IMO.

the earlier model gasket is 066092310.  you need to put a couple of holes in it.  when i was in san diego last year i gave one i had modified to chris at california cycleworks to see if he wanted to replicate, but i'm not sure how he went with it.

I see. Thanks, I will buy couple of those just in case if it leaks again. I used silicone to seal it and buttoned it up i hope it doesn't leak again, lol. Thanks fellas

Iirc a service bulletin said seal the whole cover area with sealant,

Finishing up the MTS1000 tank mold before anything else. :)
