The bag was branded Speedymoto, got them from motowheels. The seal hole is a little bigger than the stem. Seal opening measures 1.1675".  Inner race is 1.0135"

What kind of "fall" am I looking for after putting it all back together. Right now, it's free moving and smooth, but I've seen some people saying a tap on the bars should let it move to the stops. It's not there now.

I set 'em up with a little bit of drag.

Ride it a little, then check it.
