I've thought about getting adjustable footpegs, so that I could lower my pegs a bit and rotate them a little forward.  I can't see any way to do this without having to get a new shift lever and brake lever.  If I just lower, I may be able to adjust the shifter.  The rear brake lever looks like it'll need to be replaced with something.

Am I right or am I missing something?  If its going to require replacing my shift and rear brake levers, I'm probably not going to try this.

Can you tell us which result you want? Knees/hips/ancles?

The lever replacement/modification depends on your shoe size. Also, a direct gear lever (GP style shift pattern) could solve that side. Brake lever is another story, but maybe it requires welding...
