I tried gluten free bread


apparently gluten tastes really freaking good.

lm make bread that tastes yummy.... it's all in how it's made.

Gluten free bread is just bleached saw dust held together with Elmers Glue.

the store bought stuff...yup

lm uses the "bobs red mill" stuff and adds extra goodies to the recipes that makes for a yummier product.

Soy sauce usually has wheat, look for tamari sauce instead.

I have tried making wheat- and gluten-free bread and pizza crust before (from scratch).  Very challenging, the mixes are definitely the way to go.
