Your mechanic is correct. The fitment of the caliper over the rotor can't be done on the SC wheels with any of the Brembo stock 4-piston calipers.
What you need to have done (think $$$ here) is to have rotor spacers machined (5mm ought to do it but PLEASE check first!) so the rotors sit out further from the spokes. Then have custom caliper spacers machined to the same offset dimension as your rotor spacers. After that, it's a matter of bearing spacers front and rear and you'll have no provision for the mechanical speedometer drive in the left side of the front wheel so you'll need to work around that issue also.
