Folks, a mountain legend, loved or hated has passed on today.  Many of you have heard of Martin "Popcorn" Sutton, the Moonshiner from the NC mountains has passed on today.  Just thought I'd share since he lived in my neck of the woods.

Was he still incarcerated?

He hadn't yet been sentenced as far as I know, but was still being held awaiting sentencing.  I do know he swore they've never keep him behind bars.
