Help! I need a Contact for Ducati North America

As posted in a couple of other threads, my 2009 696 has been sitting at the dealers for a month waiting on a gas tank. Dealer says has been told it is on indefinite back order and suggested I contact Ducati North America. I tried calling the main number (408) 253-0499. Of course no one answers and the recording says leave a message (which I did) and I should get a response in 1-2 days. Yeah, I bet that is what will happen. Anyone have an email address or any other contact info? I want to be the proverbial squeaky wheel.

I've contact them through th ewebform and got a quick response from a real person.

Persistance. I would call that # about every hour and finally got through.
