Welp, last week, a board member (who will go unnamed unless they wish to chime in) contacted me about the S4R. I was offered the asking price $4,500, and I took it.
Aw hell, I was going to wait for you to ask $3k, then offer $2,500... ;)

Oh well, glad you found a buyer, finally.

Here's my new ride.  [thumbsup] Look around...you can find low mile examples for a fairly reasonable price.  ;D

Want.
If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.

I know a guy with one for sale  ;)
Gaspar, Melchior and Balthasar kicked me out of the band..... they said I didnt fit the image they were trying to project.

So I went solo.  -Me

note to new owner:    if it wasn't mentioned at point of sale, that bike and price includes a clause that Dave drinks for free whenever you see him again for the next five years.

oh, and you're not allowed to wash the wheels.

That's a given.

We'll see about that.  Dave cleaned the wheels (and other bits) a couple times, himself, recently.  That might have broken (well, okay, slightly loosened) the Mudball spell.

Hey, you didn't mention that before!  That explains the broken and repaired rear turn signal, and the three foil wrappers that I found jammed under the seat.

Wait Wait Wait... those foil wrappers can't be Mr. Incredibles... it was clean yesterday before husband and I took a good... look... at it... now he is worn out and in bed prepping for 8+ hour journey to new owner tomorrow.  [evil]

Beautiful bike... it is going to be in great hands and good care next to two cousins and a hawt racer 748 with a british accent (yellow to boot). It is a spitting image of my s4r, uncanny similarities except the minor ding. Lovely bike, and I can understand why you will miss it! I am sure pictures will show up here soon.

BTW, Trenner better keep those wheels clean or he will be shining mine as well... oh wait, perhaps he has once or twice!  [bow_down]

Congrats on the sale Mr I!!!  It broke my heart to see her waiting to be adopted.

Hot bike!!!  Congrats to the new owner!!!!   [thumbsup]
Frickin' snow!

Sorry to hear the reasons she had to go, but congrats on the sale. It was the right choice.

I just wish you could get an S4R here in Australia for $4,500 USD, heck even twice that $9,000 USD would still be a bargain down here  [bang]
