Nothing but good stuff to say about Al Gillen at Williamsville.  Thats  where I bought my S2R 800 back in '04.
He located the one I wanted and beat all other competitors price by $500. 

As for service,  I go to North American Warhorse in Dunsmore, PA.  It's about 2 hours south from where I am in Ithaca.
Skip Rittle is a great tech,  fast service and reasonable rates.
