I would have agreed 3 weeks ago but both of these teams are sliding and the NFL playoffs are all about who is hot now.

The game of the playoffs will be New England at Indianapolis

Agreed. The Vikes are done in my opinion. The Saints are hurting as well due to injuries. One of them will be in the SB probably, but the other team will spank them.  :-\

...and as a Bears fan...WTF!!! Where was that team all damn year???  :P

Ugh.  As a Vikes fan, last night's game was just brutal.

Where the hell was the offensive line during the first half?  The Vikes' vaunted O-line couldn't protect Favre, nor could they open gaps for Peterson.  The defense is in tough shape - the loss of EJ Henderson and Williams hurt them badly.

I think the Vikes could've won the game, but not if they only show up for the second half.  My playoff fervor is cooling rapidly.   ???  [drink]  [drink]  [drink]

As a Bears fan, I'm glad they pulled out of their slump and actually played like they could have been all season, but I'm still a little peeved they waited until now to pull it off. Even last night, they tried to give the game away a few times.

The Vikes are a great team though. I really expected Favre to melt down by now and show his age, but he's been at the top of his game for most of the season. Peterson needs to call Tiki Barber and schedule some one-on-one time for "Thou shalt now fumble" training though.

Going into the playoffs, I think we're going to see some shake ups. In the NFC, I think the Eagles or Packers could easily advance to the Superbowl with the way they've been playing. In the AFC, I'm going out on a limb and saying San Diego is going to come out on top.

I agree.  As much as it pains me to say, I think the Packers are a very strong threat to make it to the NFC championship.  The Eagles are definitely rolling, too.   The Saints have been taken off the pedestal - it will be fun to watch the Saints take on either of these teams.

Your San Diego pick is good, too.  That's another team that has really gathered momentum since Thanksgiving.
