You tend to be pretty judgmental...

I find that ironic.

Hard to type at times..........but I was thinking the same thing.

I guess we haven't walked in her shoes..........

I agree

But the a 14y/o was too scared to fly home by himself? C'mon.

it happens. maybe the kid is a pansy or just not the manly man you were at 14.
i know that after that i wouldn't know what to do at that age. parents offer quite a bit of security when you are still trying to gain your own confidence in life. i might have been fearless in several aspects, but if some old lady was hitting on me and offering me drugs i would have been really freaked out. this kid might have been more sheltered than I was. I'm not judging him for that. I'm judging them for waiting 2 years to file.

Knight you weren't in one of those Sand Mountain Alabama Serpent Handling parishes were you?

no no. even my church that didn't dance or sing unless we were at church looked at those guys and said "what freaks!"
Life, alas is very drear. Up with the glass and down with the beer!

My joke in the previous post aside I would have been a bit weirded out by that happening to me at 14 for sure.

That part isn't what gets me in the story. I just think the lawsuit is lame in general...and the kid being too afraid to fly home is lame. He was either extremely sheltered, or there is something wrong with him which the article is failing to mention (very possible). A 14 year old should be able to move past an experience like this. All sorts of disturbing things happen in life...gotta deal with it. A normal HS 9th grader, or even an 8th grader, should be able to IMO.

I'm with ya on the 2 years as well.

I think the whole story is a bunch of bullshit to be perfectly honest.

We all know Southwest fly's 737's or similar planes with 3 and 3 seating.

If the plane was full........there was a third-party in the row.

Wouldn't that person have noticed this Cougar trying to drug and tug (no evidence to back this....just me being me) the other person in the row????

I sure as shit would have noticed
