Speedo reading way off any suggestions??

check to see that the speedo cable (flexible shaft) is seated properly in the speedo drive attached to the left side of your front wheel.  Unscrew it and pull it away a little from the bottom of your gauge and spin the front wheel to see if that inner flexy cable spins/rotates.  If so, you at least know you are good to that point and there is definately something wrong with either your speedometer or the base where you seat the speedo cable into.

If it doesnt spin and that flexy shaft is in one piece, then something wrong at the wheel.
