The dealership has put Ducati signage up.  Not sure if they have bikes yet but it will not be long.

Ducatis are on the floor.  They had 4 bikes out, had already delivered a few and I saw some being readied in the shop area.  A pretty large crate of parts, they said it was a "starter kit" of Ducati parts and accessories for newly franchised dealers.

They have encountered a 'snag'...  They already have Triumph in but BMW has decided that they want 600 more feet of showroom space - after they had agreed to the previous plan. That leaves the dealer in a bind.  They are thinking of eliminating a couple of offices to free up room to make BMW, Triumph and Ducati happy.  What a mess after already spending a chunk-o-change getting the showroom to where it is now.  They are still trying to make it happen but I expect a delay.

bmw make the beast with two backsing a dealer?  nooooooo, that's never happened before.  talk about institutionalised arseholeness.

Way back when I used to live in Reno, NV.  There was an old-school BMW dealer that had been kind of a land-mark in BMW land for many many years.  They sponsored rallies and hosted a staging area for the cannonball - a really good shop.  Then BMW Motorrad got all boutiquey and decided the shop needed to remodel and put up an expensive new BMW sign. The shop refused and BMW shut them down.  The new shops are really pretty but the new bikes are not as reliable.

I think you might be missing the point Carlos.
