i'm tired of seeing farve. i'm tired of people saying what a great QB he was. He just sprayed the field with balls and hoped they were caught by the correct team.

this whole in and out of retirement thing just seals the fact that he is a jackass. he's right up there with ricky williams and his quitting to smoke pot, only williams could run.
Life, alas is very drear. Up with the glass and down with the beer!

Seriously, when i am 800years old i want to rock like Lemmy! it is a religion that requires lots of determination, drugs, and Marshall stacks.

I just don't get how some people think everything he does is gospel.

here is an article about Favre and Walker, re: contract hold outs and such.  Here is a note that is not in the article: Favre was the highest paid player in the NFL that season.

Favre wants to play up the blue-collar, everyday normal person role.  He has never redone his contract to sign other players, he just pregnant doges about it when the  Pack doesn't do more to go out and get Randy Moss  [roll] , while he is getting paid well, well north of $10 mill a season.  All the other great QBs redone their contracts to bring in new talent off the free agent market.
