To be used on the public road, the light(s) need the dimmer and / or the lens with proper cut off.

Can't really tell from that angle, but where is it aimed? How far out does the light hit the ground?

im not sure what happened to my links. I was hosting it from drop box and now, none of them are working.. argh. So annoying.  In any case, yes, theyre insanely bright.. and they are probably pointed to high. I will look into adjust them. They do have a clear cutoff line, but then they also have a soft circle pattern of light above that. which certainly would make them illegal to use on public roads and annoying as hell to anyone in front of me.  Ive only used them once.. will see what I can do to adjust that beam.
