Mirror bolt hole question
«

So I just installed a set of totally beautiful Rizoma Reverse Retros I got from PJ's Parts on my 2007 S4Rs and they rock. But now, of course, I've got the two orphaned holes where the OEM mirrors used to be. It's not a big deal, but does anyone have a suggestion as to what sort of cap I can get to plug the holes? And if so, what size? And where I might buy such an animal? Inquiring minds want to know. Cheers.

Some folks flip them upside down. You could check a Home Depot for some type of widget.

I went to Ace Hardware and asked for some sort of black plastic plugs that would fit. We took out a few different sizes and found one that fits fine. Cost about 30 cents

Flipping only works on the coffin reservoir masters, the pee-cup gold line masters don't allow for flipping.
I believe they also make blank clamps for the motocross/supermoto world, but I'm not 100% sure about fittment.

I have a 2007 S4R and have fitted Rizoma Reverse mirrors. The original mirror threads are only on one side of the clamps. You can flip them. I did.
