I'm going to go check this out!

"This will be the first informal VJMC Club gathering, Saturday, Sept. 6, 2008, 6 pm to 9 pm at Julio G's Mexican restaurant . 1.6 miles west of the 101 Freeway. Bring your vintage Japanese motorcycles, Club members and non member welcome. Bring along any friends interested in Vintage Japanese Motorcycles. A special parking area for vintage cycles. my good friend is really into vintage bikes, he has like 25 of them. He joined that club and gets the magazines. He says its like hanging out with guys at a nursing home. Might be different in your area though. Its probably worth a shot.

Anyone want to go to this? 

Here's a quick plan I'm thinking of: 
Head over to Scottsdale area around 5pm and try to find the "DUCK CROSSING" sign to get some pics of our...ahem...ducs...on the side of the road with the sign. 
Then head over to the bike show. 
Maybe Pavillions after?  Whaddaya think?  Gotta squeeze some food/beverages in that plan somewhere.

Sorry I couldn't make it.  I DO like vintage bikes, especially Hondas from the 70s.

I totally spaced getting some pics, but there were a ton of VERY nice bikes.
