FAIR WEATHER.....I can come up with a dozen reasons to dislike the Pats, regardless they had one of the best seasons EVER! I'm not a "fan" though..... I'd have a hard time believing you'd ever been a real fan though. How much did you watch before Brady came along? [coffee]

ITS make the beast with two backsING FOOTBALL! Have you NEVER heard of the phrase, ANY GIVEN SUNDAY?

Jeez. Any team has a chance of winning with the right matchup of players. The biggest picture you have to look at is plays. The giants picked the right plays. Talent matters, but not as much as youd think. Its all about picking the right plays and matching the right players.

Was the patriots season phenomonal? yes it was, but it wasnt show shocking. After the ravens game, the patriots werent undefeatable. After that point they only won by 1 touch down. Not an amazing feat. The patriots vs gaints game in week 16 was a 3 point lost.

I am a huge giants fan. Started at the beginning of the season and watched every game all the way through to the very end. The first football game i watched was Patriots vs Rams back in superbowl something. I love both teams, but to say that Patriots are a complete failure? I dont think so. 3 superbowl wins in the past 8 years? How many modern franchise has claim that? In a sport where they have tried to eliminate dynastys the Patriots are the only team that can actually make it.

Now. if you want to talk about complete failure, lets talk about hte dolphins and jets. Jets decent line up, but never had a chance with pennington or Clemens. Miami? god  damn, ever game they lost was basically a 3 point miss. THATS failure.

Near as I can tell, Ron just doesn't like anything that performs well  :)

not a complete failure. a MONUMENT to failure. they are the example of a chumpion. look i don't deny that the giants were and are a better team. i told my buddy after the last game of the season" see you in the superbowl" but it would seem that each season they find a more miraculous way to loose. am i wrong? maybe, but thats how i feel.

it funny. as far as the giants go, i knew that they were going to win the superbowl after that final game. it was deja vu. in the 2001 season, the last game the pats lost was against the mighty rams. and they almost won. then they faced them in the superbowl and pulled it out. so the giants definatley deserved it and i am not one of these cryers that thinks the pats were better. it just hurts to see that idiot running back from the 1972 dolphins get his way. I hate that guy. he sucks

I respect the Pats for making sure that so many villages in Central America ended up with low priced high quality T-shirts last year. That was very benevolent of them. GO PATS!!!

HATERS GONNA HATE.

forever dude. i was a pats fan when i lived in ct  back in the grogan days. sam gash was my alltime favorite player though. but i am just sick of the stress associated with football. if i keep watching i will have a heart attack.

If I was a running back for the Patriots, I'd probably smoke dope too.   [laugh]

New England huddle dialog:  OK Tom, what's the play.  Ahh, pass to Moss.  And if he isn't open, pass to Welker.  After that, I'll just make something up.  Faulk, make sure you block.

Man, block again, I'm gonna call Ricky Williams and see what he recommends.
