I've been listening to the last Pink Floyd album a lot more recently.  This is the last track on the album and the only one with vocals.  Did a little research and found out it the lyrics were written by David's wife after she witnessed their interaction at G8 when they played with Roger one last time.  It is also considered a tribute to Richard Wright, who passed in 2008.
