Since Cycle Cat is no more
I may have found an alternative set of clip ons for those looking for something with as much adjustability (I love my cycle cat clip ons wt:)
It's called ConvertiBars and they seem reasonably priced at $329.95
Looking at their website, they have pictures of it on a monster:

It may not be as elegant as cycle cats but it seems to be a good alternative.
Hope this can help some wt:
Here are the specs for the adjustment: ConvertiBARS kit for Ducati Monster(2002+)

Important Installation Considerations
Simple Install. Re-routing of the wires and lines is necessary and some individual ingenuity is required, but the install is relatively simple and straight foreword. Monsters made before 2002 however, have a taper on the fork tube that makes it impossible to mount a clip-on style handlebar to.
