I'm on my way to Indy now, I'm in some tiny town in WV about 250-300 miles from the race.  I've been getting dumped on almost the whole way and been watching the weather carefully.

can't wait fr the race andwill post from my treo as i'm doingnow.  forgive my errors here, it's a    treo andiiiim drunk a outback steakhoue.

while I watch it live in 60 inches of HD splendor.  Wink

That will be me, too.

I cannot find it in the tv listing.  What time is it on?  Is it on See B.S?

Edit.

Found the other thread...  On Nothing But Crap.

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

I don't have the times 'cause I just watched it and they aren't posted yet, but:

1.  Rossi
2.  Stoner
3.  Lorenzo
4.  Hayden
5.  Spies

can't remember the rest, but DePuniet is up there and Edwards is too.

Hooray for Hayden and Spies tho.  I really want Hayden to beat the midget and I really want Spies to beat Hans Moleman and Grandpa.

Excuse my Southern Hemisphere ignorance but does it look like it will be a wet race?

Yes, Ike is supposed to be in town tomorrow, meaning the race will likely be taking place in a deluge of rain.

So, possible earlier start time, or even cancellation of the race tomorrow if the rain is too heavy.  What a cluster make the beast with two backs that would be for all the people that went out there.

It's wet?  Then I'm sorry, but there appears to be a typo.  You mispelled the name at the top of hte board.  It should read "Chris Vermeulen", not "Anthony West."  You can find Westy back in 28th place.

Wanna know what's even more amazing than that?

Today's final qual session... RdP had the fastest lap for what seemed like about a third of the session.

i know it's IMS after all so none of this should be surprising but it's really odd/cool to see local newscasters talking about valentino etc.  Smiley

The broadcasters on British Eurosport commented how knowledgeable the US crowd was...

I think they were surprised.
