Goduc,

Excellent example of what can be done on a budget with a Ducati...
Nice colour scheme, not flashy but expressive.   waytogo

Those are the stock forks.  Acutally all the suspension is stock.  Just got it all dialed in for my body weight/riding style.

Na, just waiting on funds to get it all taken care of.  I will be doing a set of Termi header tubes and custom from there back.  I want to see it I can do something along the lines of what Roland Sands did on his Hypermotard.

No, the new owner is not here. I did mention to him on a number of occasions to join up and have a look around.

But the old one still is!  Grin

I was sad to see the bike go, but with the Wife and I moving to the opposite end of Australia and transport options being rather
limiting, (I am leaving a couple of weeks before the wife to get somewhere to live and get everything set up before she and the
pets arrive) I leave on our grand adventure in about 2 weeks and trying to do the move on a bike was just not practical. I need
to be able to take a car load of gear. So I decided to let the bike go for the time being, I figure there are always more Ducati's
out there, waiting to be modded and tweaked.

And having gone down the "modding road" with one bike, it has taught me a hell of a lot about choosing a direction for the Mods
early and sticking to the path, instead of jumping around, changing my mind, which meant I wasted time and money doing things
twice and taking things off which did not suit the direction/style I wanted to go with at that moment. It was a fun learning experience
though! and has taught me so much and introduced me to the fine bunch of folks on this Forum, So while I may be Ducati-less at the
moment, I won't be for long!  Evil

I will stress this was my decision, my wife did not want me to sell the bike, as she knew how much I enjoyed riding it and working
on it. But the practicality of being a 1 car and 1 bike family would not work, so I have jumped into a Cage for the time being, In fact
I think selling the Monster may have been a wise thing to do, with so many big long smooth dirt roads where I am going, all begging
to be explored..... Me thinks the new MultiStrada may be the next weapon of Choice.   drool

Here are some more Pics that I took when submitting the bike for BOMB:

I hope the new owner is enjoying it as much as I did!  Smiley
