Im just gonna go buy a rivet tool and put them on myself.
Good job Saltlick
Those rivet guns are about $40.00 a piece so if'n you don't want to buy I'll lend you or snap 'em in for ya. Who knows, maybe your going to start a Remus Pipe Mod business now that your having so much fun with it.
You'll need you own then huh?
Is it Friday yet?

Sheeeaatt. Hey i saw a post where some dude put some sort of adhesive on the end cap and put them on with that. He said he did it 4 years ago and its still working great. Thought that might be a good idea, i dont have to buy the tools and it might look better and you dont have to worry about the rivets rusting. What you guys think? Ill try to scare up the name of the product he put them on with.

Finished.
Got the pipes on, it looks killer. Cant start up the bike to hear it though, its 1am in my little neighborhood think ill wait til tomarrow....shit!
I worked on it a little here, a little there. Thanks Billy for helping me chop the pipes, i owe him one again. Thanks chuck for almost coming over til i called it off
Well i now have all the tools and know how to offically chop some stock pipes, if anyone wants to know how to do it (you all probably have nice aftermarket pipes) let me know. Like everything else, its a pain in the ass until you figure out the little tricks. I also did my own brake pads, i dont know to someone like me who sucks at fixing mechanical things i did alright. i also tightened my chain.

Good job Saltlick. I want to see some pics and hear about how you like it <the sound>.
Better have your wife go shake it down to make sure brakes work and everything is tightend.

No man, I could smell the neighbors
but it inspired some Morning Star breakfast links and some Trader Joe's french toast and oatmeal, cooked it me own damn self, too easy. Now tell me, "Wifezilla" does cook breakfast for papa and the kids right?
