Anyone know of free or reduced parking for motorcycles near L' Enfant Plaza?

I use to ride and park up there for work 2-3 times a week (up until a few months ago). I always just parked between the metered spots (the spaces are huge so it is always easy to fit between). Never was ticketed. I WAS written a ticket the one time I let the meter expire (by about 15 minutes) with a car. They don't seem to care about bikes but of course YMMV.
