A steal? I dunno there is a 999 for sale for 12999$ better looking all black tons of mods full termi less miles by about a 50 spending 16k for a bike is kind of ridiculous but thats just coming from an 19 year old who has ZERO money in the bank account...

that frame doesn't look very chromed to me...

And it's got that special 'Tacoma Narrows' style suspension setup .  very trick...
