Tried that Jukie just make me low in iron, even tried to include the necessary hip action in my walking style no, fitness gain Just a lot of funny looks from people cheeky

PS: True story. Mountaineers use Viagra to help out with altitude sickness..... I wonder who discovered that one and how???

I read that in Outside magazine, who the hell thinks that no oxygen and 20 below zero is the appropriate environment for a massive erection?

Mr Sheen is good for paintwork - slippery though - you'll have trouble grabbing the tank with your knees after doing the indents.

Try Maxima chain wax for your bike - it cleans and lubes - my chain is so bright (DID gold) that I was confused with all your 'dirty chain' comments in the other thread. Look up chain cleaning in 'how to' section and you'll find Chris' video - and the chain is beautiful and always in 'competition' condition!

Thanks for all of the suggestions everyone, mind you it could all be for nought, looks like we are in for some typical North Queensland rain (EG: Pissing down!) all this weekend, may give it a miss in that case as the thought of going up and down the Kuranda range in the wet.......
