that's a carbon fiber tank? if it is love the negative style paint job. leave the carbon show through on the details is a nice touch.

Yes its a carbon fibre tank. The guy did a good job, you cant feel any line where the CF meets the paint.

a few bits of advice from one carbon owner to another.. 1) caswell coating for the inside is a must! 2) if the tank was used, check the hinge for cracks 3) NEVER lift the tank with any gas in it (hinges on these are weak)
Absolutely gorgeous paint job! Cant wait to see it on the bike

firstly, fantastic tank! the detail really draws you in...you start to notice everything else...
