Not until battery technology improves. Thats one of the main things holding us back. Not to mention everyone is banking on some hydrogen collection break through.

Well the Vespa, Paid for argument seems rock solid. I can  hear you loud & clear on that. But the Hybrid scooter does have and engine that runs on gasoline, so unless it proves to be a piece of crap it shouldn't ever run out of charge, as long as there is gas in the tank.
