my first ride in the rain!

it was not really intentional, I spent the night at the g/fs place and didn't have my car...........let's just say I rode upright through ALL the corners (lol)

yup, i rode in to work today. but i only have a 6 mile commute on city streets. well, and I didn't leave the house until 8:30 so it was wet, but not coming down.

had to run an errand on my lunch, got caught in the mother of all storms, had to pull into a Home Depot and take shelter for about 30 mins...............then ride as slow as shit all the way back to the office..............

if I make it home tonight in one piece, I'm parking the bike till it dries out!!!!

don't wanna chance dropping my beautiful baby in a slick corner........

or worse, get taken out by one of Austin's finest caged assassins

I find that if you're in a straight line, faster is much more stable in the rain  :P

There is nothing like the look of shock, awe, and horror cagers give you when you pass them in the freeway doing 90 in pouring rain when it's under 40 degrees outside. Good times...

I rode, too....but I ride everyday unless it's icy......

I'm pretty setup with rain gear, defeated shield fogging and have figured out how to keep water away from my electrics......
