It was great meeting "The Dude" at long last.   She brought us some epic beer.

Well Najee got his procedure today and I got more info on the whole shabang

They video'd him walking for a "before" tape of his limp,

took pictures during the procedure and true to their word only billed me for the Acell component.

the Acell particles are mixed into a solution and then injected into the joint, and then worked all around the joint while the dog is out

the science is that the Acells attach in the wound/damage areas areas and attract the Stem cells to them and they commence regeneration

So it will be a few months before we will see any improvement and they offered no guarantees that he will be 100%

but he will be a hundred times more comfortable and the joint will be stronger with cellular regeneration

here's a link to the product they employed, well the science of the product   http://www.acell.com/sci_overview.php

I do hope I get to see him charging across the open fields again with that beautiful running tiger gait he has...

with the Canis Pugnax dna in his little pea brain telling him he is hurtling into imaginary lines of Gauls ahead of his Roman Cohort  :)
This is an insult to the Pez community

I plan to list the Federal Gov't. as a dependent on my next 1040 tax filing!

I have flying honey badgers and I'm not afraid to use them!

The fact that flame throwers exist is proof that someone somewhere said "I'd sure like to set those people over there on fire but I'm just not close enough to get the job done."

CONFIDENCE: the feeling you have right before you understand the situation.

My two pups having an afternoon nap.

Hard not melting a heart looking at those pics.   [thumbsup]

Good and fast healing juju vibes to Rat-dawg!!!  I bet he's a bit happier now that he's likely had his breakfast (and dinner and maybe a few extra treats).   :)

Finally got the pups to sit still for 5 seconds.

They are growing fast.  Both are over 23 lbs and they got new harnesses today because the others were too small.  Otto is in purple and Henrik is in green.
