Isn't 143 pounds small for a mastiff?  Huh?

can't say I didn't see that one coming from a few miles out.

No no, I didn't just imply you were small, I picked that number because if you take the extra 45 pounds away that leaves......a 98 pound weakling  cheeky

My nerd side came out.

Annie

We picked her up at a shelter in Riverside yesterday (she still has the new puppy shelter smell  vomit )

But......as soon as the stitches  go bye bye (she was spayed), she gets a bath and a haircut.  Grin

She's a wire hair fox terrier, she's about two years old, and she's quite the cutie.

I'll post up an after pic

Absolutely.  And if you are looking for a specific breed and can't find it in the shelter, look for a breed-specific rescue group, that's how I ended up with my whippets.

My parents adopted a wire hair fox terrier from a shelter about almost 5 years ago.  He is the smartest dog I have ever met and came pre-trained.  I still can't figure out why someone would give him up.  They are great dogs.  I've never seen one quite as curly haired as your Annie.  She's adorable.

she needs a good grooming. they found her at a middle school, and she had been at the shelter for about 2 weeks.

she's a great travel dog. she sat still in the car, and she didn't barf, like Desmo does.  laughingdp

lm is happy because she waves.  cheeky

I'm not sure if shes a full breed, but her tail and ears have been altered, which from what lm says, is common with the full breeds
