They seem to be pretty rare in the mid west or I have just never crossed paths.

According to the Columbus Dispatch, Doberman's are in the top 5 common breed in the area.........but in living here six and a half years.......I've seen a total of 7.

2 of those 7 live with me.

Meet Rocky. He is 8 years old, a Lab German Shepherd mix.  We got him at the Seattle Humane Society yesterday. He is 91 pounds.

I used to hang out with a whole bunch of Ridgebacks at lure coursing.  A little challenging to hang onto when they want to chase the "bunny" (plastic bag) especially when they outweigh you.  Sweet dogs.

Rocky is very handsome Mary.  [thumbsup]

Mother, Grace, and I went swimming today since its hot and there's no air conditioning. Grace is a natural at retrieving in the water.

Here are a few pictures I just took of my mutilated Doberman's with their ears done (right Randy?)

They look pretty make the beast with two backsing happy to me.

We have been out of town for the past 4 days and nothing is better than picking them up from the kennel (we have a great one here) and they are so loving and want to spend every second with you after.

Tag is one big boy. He is already taller than Greta and probably weighs more by now.

We are going Wednesday to get his paw print inked on our arms like Alex (RIP little buddy), Greta, and now Tag. We just have to shrink his down as his feet are huge. He is estimated to be between 120-130 full grown.

Enjoy.

I'd be happy to be done with the tampon reinforced goal posts too.

We' actually moved to 1" "foaming" that you would put around a copper pipe.

The tampons weren't thick enough or long enough to accomplish a complete show crop the breeder did.

It's a pain in the ass but the little guy doesn't mind it one bit. I took off his bandage set up tonight and he peacefully sat on my lap as I removed it.

Sorry folks, no pain as you wish.
