....
Also, it's all I can smell right now even though the people at work say I don't smell at all. Any way to get the smell out of my nose?

bummer on the skunk stink.  I use a neti pot for a saline rinse to my sinus when I have flu, cold, or allergy symptoms.  It does remove minor odors for me as well, and it might help you to get rid of the skunk smell in your nose.

Second this - I got sprayed at overnight camp years ago - tomato juice seems to be the only remedy.  As to the house...what exactly was sprayed in the house?

From everything I read tomato juice is more of a cover up not a solution.  We are going this morning to get some real skunk smell removal stuff from Petsmart and Homedepot.

She got the smell in the house because I had to let her in.  We have a raised deck (split level house) and she got sprayed right by the back door to the kitchen and right where the hose is so I had to wash her in the bathroom.  The skunk was still out in the yard now under the deck.  It's gone now  [evil].

Uh oh?!   [laugh]

Our Bassett was sprayed by one once.  At that time, the only remedy was tomato juice.  Luckily, he was an outside dog.  Unfortunately for him, the Bloodhound didn't want anything to do with him for about 4 weeks due to the smell.  D*mn..I can't imagine how it was for our bloodhound and having that extremely keen sense of smell.   Well, actually for both of them!  :-\

BTW..Metal..try coffee beans to get the smell out of your nose.  I'm not positive it works but it seems like that's what they use to get the scent out of your nose when smelling different colognes/perfumes.

baking soda, peroxide, dish soap blend is the best solution. My ex-wife has owned a dog grooming shop for over 20 years and tried everything under the sun and nothing works better.

+ whatever.  3 or 4 baths and the smell should be pretty much gone.  DOn't know what to tell you about the house except wash everything

And here we go.... This is when first meet him

Here is a couple we got when we brought him home last nite

the best part is when we picked him yep yesterday it was his Bday...he just turned 5 months old

we rescued him from the NM Doberman Rescue...we lucked out finding a puppy...no history of abuse..he was just really sick with 2 types of worms and the people couldn't take care of him and surrended him...

he is a little under weight but over all he is a happy and very lovable guy

He's going to be pretty big (not by Kole standards mind you) once he grows into those legs.   [thumbsup]
