Anyone have a room to rent in Alexandria area?

ok i'm moving back to alexandria, moved out to socal a year ago and now moving back,  and wondering if anyone here is renting out a room/roomate situation, or what have you.

basically its me, no pets, non smoker, motorcycle and car and my bicycles. basically looking for a room 11x13ft roomates are ok, looking to spend under 1000 per month.  good tenant, etc.

also look at sublet.com and roomates.com possibly too!...even though I know it'd be better to have a direct personal reference or contact that is known.
