My M750 had this really annoying habit of shutting down at speeds over 90mph.  One moment I'd have a big cheesy grin inside my helmet, and the next moment I'd be on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere hoping my buddies would notice I was missing. 

Since I was overdue for a service anyway, I took it in to Nick (Speeddog)  at VDS.

I just want everyone on this board to know what a great experience I had.

He gave me a quote based on what I told him over the phone,  then a revised quote once he had the bike, plus options on what needed to be done, and what could wait.

He was very accomodating with a few situations that arose on my end,  and then when I wanted to have him install new bars that I ordered at the 11th hour,  he said "no problem" .

I was given updates, advice, and little tips and factoids that to a new rider such as myself are priceless.

If I wasn't sick and coughing up a lung when I picked up the bike on tuesday, I would have bought the man a beer.   

Took the bike out today for the first time since getting her back,  and she runs better than ever!

At first I thought he had typed VDs....  Dont' forget to cap that S. 

BTW, Nick, remember you and Stu replaced the braided steel line on my front brakes for me? How much do you think it would cost me to get another one for the clutch side? While trouble shooting my bike this last time I noticed that the clutch line is rusting quite a bit and I can't even get the banjo loose on the reservoir side.

Definitely good mojo from VDS... Nicks' done me a huge favor in the past with drop off... and pick up. Totally AWESOME...

Nick squeezed me in for a 6k service and new tires w/ only a weeks notice on a Friday afternoon. Took him from 2-7pm and I didn't have to go w/o the bike and still made the ride I had planned w/ my co-workers the next day.

wtf? you guys  are not being original in the work that you are having nick do... sheesh...  (joking)

yeah i had new forks put on and revalved for my weight by nick a few months ago.... i was just as unoriginal.
