okay a little update:

first of all, i'm sorry for disappearing again.  i have been in and out of this weird funk for a year now...fortunately i feel it lifting because of the next point i want to bring up:  my and my (now-ex) finacee broke up about 6 weeks ago. 
it's been pretty rough going, but i am feeling better about the whole thing.

this past summer SUCKED because i was only was able to do one canyoneering trip, one race AND i only put about 500 miles on my bike     
usually i get out more often.

so, the last 7 months have been a total wash and i'm really looking forward to getting back to my life now.

SO- THANKS Bob and everyone else for wondering about me, it definately makes me feel good to know    ...and i promise to check in more often, now that i have all this spare time....
