I chopped my Arrow Ti`s due to some damage and I need the replacement rivets and stainless straps. I tried to contact Arrow to no avail and a few dealers. Anyone know where to get the rivets and straps from. I need these so I can ride again. It doesn`t have to be Arrow. I`ve seen some repacking kits online but most do not come w/ the straps. I couldn`t re-use the original because it got dammaged. I would prefer an Arrow repacking kit, I heard they make them but they do not want to answer my e-mails and I can`t find a phone number on their site.

Can't imagine that it would be too hard to get something custom done.

A: buy straight stainless strap
B: Cut (or have someone cut) holes/groves
C: Rivet to cans

Maybe I'm making it out to sound too easy in my head.  Worth a try right?

It`s not a store stocked rivet size.  The closest I can think of is 3/16" stainless short rivets which isn`t stocked by any store around me. I would have to order them. If I`m going to order them, I might as well order the right part and I since they are apart and the bike was running lean for 12k miles before I just had it serviced. I wouldn`t mind repacking them, being that I have to put them together anyway.

Yes I can get straight stainless strap but the OE looks a lot better. I will probably end up going that route. I`m going to try a few more times then just get it done.

Call Greg @ Arrow... he's very helpful:702-651-6940.

I used stainless rivets off the shelf of the local fastener store.  My fit was fine and I think I used 1/4" but I can't quite remember for sure.

AHH, I`ll try that. I have someone who is supposed to get back to me tomorrow when Arrow opens back up. If I can`t get them soon then I`ll go to West Marine or Boaters World over here and see if I can get them.

Thanks

alternatiovely you could have some custom 20 or 22 guage straps water jetted . Cost would probably be around the $50.00 mark and you could have whatever you want cut into them......... It say Ducati  or Arrow etc.If you need and address of someone who could do this look in your local yellow pages . Most shops will have some small amounts of scrap/rem laying around that they will cut for you as the price of stainelss has plummeted recently...........I work in the stainless steel industry.
