Oh my giddy Aunt... not the plane again.  Didn't that debate rage to 20 something pages...

And yeah, the Mythbusters proved that it's not possible for an unassisted human to get a swing that has flexible (rope chain etc) supports to got 360.  But it's not very hard to get a rigid 'russian' style swing to 360.
