If anyone has a 2 into 1 Leo Vince exhaust on their S2R could you please measure the OD of the pipe right before it enters the end can?

I'm in the middle of a custom project and I need to know the diameter of that pipe.

 Thanks

Thanks anyway everyone. I just called Leo Vince to get the measurement.

For those of you who may want to know, the diameter of the midpipe is 54mm.

I should have done the same.  There was a guy on here selling a 2-1 LV system.  I would have bought it, cept he didn't want to take the time to measure it up.

Good info to know.

What part of the system are you working with?  I'd really like to know what the weight on the can is....

I'm actually not using any of the Leo system. I am building a custom on off 2 into 1 with a Termignoni end can I sourced from and AMA team. The reason I needed to know the OD on the pipe is I wanted to know what size tubing to use for the intermediate pipe. Although not a perfect solution I didn't want to go to small on the intermediate pipe and restrict the exhaust gasses.

More to follow once it's near completion. If you guys are lucky maybe I'll post a few pics for you.  cheeky

Awww, how sweet  Grin

To do it the right way, send the tube you need to fit well to Stainless Works.  They can swedge tubing to thousands to fit perfect.

It's what I had to do for a client's megaphone exhaust to make it fit perfect on the termi pipes (replaceing the carbon cans with stainless megs).

I wish it were that simple. It has to be fitted to the bike so I can get the angle I want etc.

I know what you are saying.  I was just suggesting that they (or someone else...I have no financial interested in SW whatsoever) could swedge a small piece of tube, that would slip fit perfect.  Then you weld your angle, piece of ubend, etc..

The termi system has a weird not USA available tubing diameter, so finding something to slip fit wasn't going to happen.

Just trying to help  waytogo

The quality looks great too  waytogo Personally I would make the proportions of the megs a little smaller but still it looks amazing and I really can appreciate it.

Lol, no worries Smiley.  They wern't finished in that pic, and it was kinda an angle to make them "pop" so to speak.  I'll post a new pic after T day when they are done Smiley.  The customer requested them made for a bike without a tail chop, so they ought to look a bit more in proportion on his ride than mine Smiley
