Thinking about giving vacuum/siphon brewing a try just for kicks.  Anyone have an FHE?

I'm an espresso snob, but thinking about revisiting drip on the weekends.

Looks like a lot of work.

It's all in the grind, Sizemore. Can't be too fine, can't be too coarse. This, my friend, is a science. I mean you're looking at the guy that believed all the commercials. You know, about the "be all you can be." I made coffee through Desert Storm. I made coffee through Panama while everyone else got to fight, got to be a Ranger.

Sure seems like it. Cleanup's probably a pain too. But... many reviews I've read indicate it takes coffee to a whole new level, which leaves me wondering if the juice is worth the squeeze, so to speak.

Got a friend/co-worker who has one (if he can find it), so I might be able to take one for a test drive...

That needs to go in the "water" bottle on my bike rides.    [thumbsup]

This requires too much work... a $15 coffee had better be $10 better than a Large starbucks with two shots of espresso.
