"Yelling out of cars, turning your speakers out the window to blast your music onto the street, setting off M-80 firecrackers, firing automatic weapons into the airâ€"these are all well and good. But none of them create a merry atmosphere of insouciance and bonhomie quite like a revving motorcycle.

dirka dirka!

here is my Dirka Dirka pic:

This is me and my buddy waiting to take off on the way to Idaho this year to go riding at Tamarack.  I got "asked to move to the back of the plane for weight distribution" when the flight attendant came by  [roll]  It's fun being a Dirka when traveling by plane [roll]

More form Idaho.  At the airport waiting for our ride to the resort.  We waited at the airport bar  [drink]

Lot's of snow when I was there  ;D

Some of my buddies friends who live in Idaho, going to the open back country access area of Tamarack.  It's OK back there, a little too short :-\

Wind and moisture.  The beard insulates the snow form the heat from my face.  At first it's nice to have some facial hair when exposed to harsh wind/snow, but once it accumulates enough snow that your beard becomes on piece of icy snow it sucks.  Every time I wanted to talk or move my face I can feel the hair being pulled out :o

That was the first and probably last time I am going to have a serious beard  [laugh]  I've gone without shaving for a week or two before (that seems to be max of how long the Sharks can be in the playoffs  [roll] ), but this was something like 3 months worth  [coffee]

KnightofNi

on the cold winter days my beard will freeze to the breath deflector. i finally learned to just breath out heavily a few times before trying to take off the lid.
Life, alas is very drear. Up with the glass and down with the beer!

If the state had not cut funding for the mental institutions, this project could never have happened.
