Lost between Heaven and Hell !

DoubleEagle has arrived from a place I've never been before. I'm so happy to have arrived and look forward to being among friends and fellow ( no gender) Ducati lovers. I have been riding since 1965 but got my 1st Ducati a year ago. I immeadiately feel in love with my new white S4Rs and now have 2 of them, also I have a '08 1098R and from my BMW days a '07 K1200S. I used to be a member of the Hocking Hills un-Official Cross Crountry Race Team  but after a pretty sever crash and 3 trips to the Hospital and Surgery and at least 2 months (April &May) of recovery at age 59 in June I think the Cross Country racing has to end. With so many great twisty roads in South Eastern Ohio it will be hard once the pain is gone not to get back on the throttle. Great job guys !

I must be doing better cause I'm not coughing up blood clots anymore but still alot of pain. Probably won't be able to think about riding before June . May 30th will be 8 weeks since the crash but since I had surgery last week I don't know how long that will take to heal since the incision starts under my right arm pit and the one rib did puncture my right lung,( that's what the Surgeon told me). I have my fingers crossed and with good wishes from folks like you maybe I'll heal faster.
