Cold one today...at least after it warmed up and then cooled by 20+ degrees. Love the heated seat though, at least one thing was warm.  |

Sprinkling in Grand Prairie. Roads slick as snot. The ABS in my truck kept kicking in and I was sliding around through the turns more than normal.

I just left the office on two wheels, sprinkling a bit near downtown FW. After a bit of a ride up 35 it dried up close to 820. |

After waiting almost a month and a half for parts from Ducati in Italy I was finally able to finish up the repairs on the black 999s late last night. I replaced the left mirror holder bracket and the left turn signal/mirror. I took all the body panels off and polished them all to showroom condition and finished it all off with a coat of high tech wax. The bike looks like new. I made the ride from my house to Arlington this morning in 28 degree weather which was brisk at 70 mph.
If anyone is interested in either of the bikes, the yellow 2003 999 or the black 999s they are for sale now.
