Is not available form the home page. You have to click on "Forum" for it to show up. Also, while you are in a Local Club, if you click on the "Local Clubs" link at the top, it takes you back to the home page instead...

I fixed the first half...

the second part is board wide when you click on the second entry of the link tree.

I have a question in to the developers on that.
